Our primary focus is on the sustainability of our proposed initiatives and the funds we receive. Each of our activities is set with specific goals, and we have dedicated departments to oversee their execution. We meticulously follow weekly, monthly, and annual plans to ensure we meet our targets. To maintain transparency and active donor engagement in our development process, we've implemented a unique system known as "donor nurturing." We have also established a system to honor and recognize our donors for their philanthropic contributions by celebrating special occasions like birthdays, weddings, and memorial days. We provide utilization reports to project donors to showcase the impact of their support. In addition, we have partnered with a local NGO network called CONSORT (Consortium of Service Organizations of Tamil Nadu), consisting of 365 NGOs, which serves as a research center, offering training for staff in various service organizations, liaising with the government, advocating for issues relevant to the voluntary sector, and facilitating capacity-building activities.
